stayed here for a night and the place was super cozy. my room was clean, comfy, n had a lot of light. the staff were really friendly, especially the barman who gave me a great whisky recommendation. the food in the bar was cooked fast and tasted amazin for the price. loved the old school music playing that night, made it a chill vibe!

only down side was the high street noise at night. also, the wifi was a bit patchy in my room.

The WiFi was a bit dodgy and the stairs could be a bother for some. And, while there were minor quirks like towels needing a refresh and no interior locks on bathrooms, they didn’t ruin the shine of my stay!

the room was nice and spacious, and there was plenty tea & coffee provided along with bottled water which was really nice. also loved the friendly bar downstairs, it had good music and the staff were great. i had a lovely meal at the bar too, it was cooked quickly and was tasty. great value for money overall, especially for the fish, which felt really fresh for what you pay. relaxing place to stay and i felt quite at home!
